Bypassing MTK Android FRP
As you may all know, there are many ways to bypass FRP on Androids(MTK). Some methods include the installation of FRP rest apps where you will need to use some methods to access the browser of your FRP protected phone. The later is a good method but varies so much for different Android MTK devices.
The method we will be discussing here include;
- Flashing to stock ROM
- Making use of DA bin file and Android MTK repair tools
- Using FRP reset scatter file
1. Bypassing FRP on MTK Android by flashing to stock firmware
Although this method requires a huge amount of data connection, it is one of the best and straight forward ways to bypass FRP protection on MediaTek(MTK) Androids.
To remove FRP with stock firmware, you will be needing the following;
- Android MTK USBVCOM drivers
- Android MTK flash tool(SP Flash Tool, Miracle Box, NCK Android MTK Dongle, GSM Aladdin, etc..)
- A USB cable
- A computer
- And of course the stock firmware of the device in question. You can find and download Android MTK firmware files on Firmwarefile.com, Mobiprox Blogspot, Androidmtk, phonetech solutions, etc
Once you have the stock firmware file of your device with the drivers installed on your computer, all that is left doing is to perform a full flash.
But before flashing andy stock firmware on your device, it will be good if a first take a backup of the current system. Also, to download the current firmware for your device, consider booting into the recovery or factory mode to check the build number.
As to how to flash your Android MTK with stock firmware file using SP Flash Tool, proceed as follows;
- Extract the firmware file
- Launch SP Flash tool and load the scatter file from the path you extracted the firmware
- Select "Format all + Download" and click "Download"
- Connect your device to the computer via USB(phone should be switched off with battery inserted).
- Flashing will then start. Once done, the frp will be removed
If you do not have enough data connection and not sure on how to get a good stock rom for your device, move on to method tow below.
2. Bypass MTK Android FRP using DA bin file(Download Agent bin file) and MTK repair tools
The MTK DA file is required to bypass the secure boot of MTK devices during flashing. There exist many Android repair tools that can be used to bypass frp. Popular ones are NCK Pro Box(NCK Android MTK Dongle crack as well), Miracle box, GSM Aladdin, etc.
Most MTK repair tools can easily bypass frp on Android 6.0 and below but will be difficult to use on Android 7.0+ since the default DA file that the tools come with can not bypass their secure boot. In order to solve this issue the use of custom secure boot DA files is required.
There exist a custom secure boot DA file for most Android devices which you can find on many tech sites. Once you have the custom secure boot DA file for your device, you can proceed with the frp bypassing without any hassle.
Here is a video guide from Hovatek on how to load MTK DA file on different MTK repair tools
Once you have loaded the Da file for your device, you can now make use of the FRP reset function to bypass the FRP. Note that this method is to be used only if the tool can not bypass FRP directly without the DA file.
3. Bypass MTK FRP with FRP scatter file
The FRP bypass scatter file is a mini firmware file for your MTK Android that contains on the FRP partition which you can flash to bypass the Google account protection. It can be flashed using SP flash tool or most other MediaTek flash tools.
The requirements for using the frp scatter is the same as that for flashing the full stock rom. That is, you will need to have drivers installed and load the scatter file then flash your device with it.
The good thing about this method is that you do not need much connection to download since most frp scatter files are files of a few kilobytes.
You can get scatter file for most MTK chip types using the All MTK frp scatter(Remove FRP) tool which comes with direct download links. It has frp scatter for;
- Mt6572
- MT6592
- MT6755
- MT6580
- MT6753
- MT6737M
- MT6735M
- MT6795M
Conclusion
The ways listed above are the easy ways to bypass frp on any Android MTK device. Once you can be able to download the correct firmware file or scatter frp file as well as the DA file for your device, bypassing frp becomes as simple as ABC.
