Party A is a social media marketing agency with a mature resource systems of signing, promotion, sales and other incubation. Party B operates one or more social mediaaccounts (including but not limited to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter) which have certain influence.The two parties reached the following agreement on the commercial cooperation promotion of Party B's social media account. Both parties have understood and recognized all the contents of this agreement, agreed to enjoy and assume their respective rights and obligations, and comply
with the following terms.
Article 1 Scope of cooperation
1. Both parties will cooperate with business projects from Influcity platform provided by Party A. Party B's social media accounts are as follow:

2. Contract period: The Contract shall be in force for 1 year from the effective date of signing. If both parties have no objection or no notice of contract extension within one month before the expiration of the contract, it automatically will be extended for next year;
Article 2 Party A's Rights and Obligations
1. Party A shall inform Party B about the detailed information of the Influcity platform project by initiative;
2. Party A shall help Party B to better complete the selection ofproducts, the guidance and publicity of video production;
3. During the term of the contract, Party A also has the ownership of the theme video of the Influcity platform project made by Party B;
